Our first weekend in NYC...

Ben and I were able to sleep in on my first Saturday morning in the city. We decided to go have brunch at our favorite spot so far- Sarabeth's. They have great lattes, french toast, and tomato soup. After stuffing ourselves, we decided to walk around for a while. We walked around 5th avenue and then decided to go back and get Bailey and take her to the park. The first stop we made was at the ice cream stand- we got an ice cream sandwich, one of Bailey's favorites thanks to her grandfather. Then we found a good spot and just enjoyed the view for about an hour and a half. Bailey was so excited to be able to walk in the grass and she was kicking it all over the place- her usual routine after going to the bathroom. There were two cats running around like they were hunting and Bailey was going crazy wanting to chase them. I had no idea they belonged to anyone until the man scooped them up and put them in his bag. After relaxing for a while we headed back to the apartment and got ready for our 5 year anniversary dinner.
